Hyatt Regency Long Island Hotel Hauppauge

My experience at Hyatt Regency Long Island was nearly flawless. The staff was accommodating, the room was pristine, with amenities. The on-site bar & restaurant were convenient. Breakfast was lacking, but overall a comfortable stay. The location could be more central, but security measures were reassuring.

The Hyatt was a beautiful place to stay with a nice view and great service. The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even offering a snack as an apology for inconveniences. However, the breakfast options were limited and overpriced. The strong odors on the floor from smoking impacted the experience, causing discomfort for guests with sensitivities.

The continental breakfast had plenty of choices. Ride to the airport takes about 15 minutes.

The room was nice with a great view. Service was excellent. However, prices felt high for what was offered. Staff were courteous but could improve organization. Some guests experienced issues with room assignments. A decent stay with room for improvement.

The lobby and indoor pool were awesome for chilling out, and Jonathan A. at the front desk was top-notch with customer service, making check-in a breeze. Beds were comfy, and the room was super clean, which is a big plus. However, the room could use a little rug TLC, as there were some spots near the TV that could do with a good cleaning. 🌟

The seasonal pool was open and offered a fantastic escape from the summer heat. Surrounded by lush greenery, it felt like a tropical paradise. The peaceful ambience made it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a refreshing swim.

The luxurious amenities of this hotel fulfilled our exclusive needs. the staff provided excellent service and made us feel pampered. the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and sauna were perfect for relaxation. the sun loungers by the heated swimming pool were comfortable, and the leisure/TV room was a great place to unwind. the exclusive restaurant and bar/lounge area provided delicious cuisine and terrific ambiance.

One minor issue we experienced with this hotel was the location advantage. While the hotel was conveniently located, the surrounding area lacked much to do.

I always choose this place. They helped me with a taxi. It suits me perfectly. Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Restaurant, Indoor pool, Fitness centre. I'm coming back for a city break.

Kayaking offers a great chance to get wet, I mean, to get out on the water. The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed a meal at Nu Restaurant, which was surprisingly good.

Can't say I enjoyed the unfriendly staff, but whatever.

Just stayed at a hotel with comfy rooms, AMAZING grab bars in the bathroom. Staff was super polite, left a personal touch, but dining room breakfast wasn't worth it. Would return. Photos looked better. Miss you already!

The bed was nice and I slept much better than expected. The hotel had a convenient little shop with snacks and beverages. The location was easy to find and had a large parking lot. The hotel lobby area was beautiful.

The location of the hotel was convenient and the pool was a highlight. However, the lack of microwaves in the rooms and the expensive breakfast were disappointing. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with visible stains on the rug and basic amenities missing. Staff were friendly and accommodating, offering a snack for the inconvenience.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt in Hauppauge for a weekend getaway. The room was excellent, with a King size bed, a good work desk, and free fast wifi. The hotel also offered free parking, which was convenient. The location was great for exploring Long Island.

the indoor swimming pool was my favorite 🏊‍♂️. The room needed renovation; a broken chair was uncomfortable. Staff was helpful but room service missed the mark. Breakfast was pricey 😬.

This hotel's location next to a golf course, in a nice and quiet area makes it perfect for those looking for a peaceful getaway. It's also a short drive to Montauk beach, so there's something for everyone. The rooms are decent, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The breakfast options are good, although a bit overpriced. The hotel also has a nice pool and gym for guests to use.

The terrible service and lack of responsiveness from staff really detracted from the experience.

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt in Hauppauge. My travel purpose was relaxation, and I stayed for three nights. The hotel had beautiful decor and a lovely atmosphere. The restaurant and bar on-site were a great convenience. The pool was a standout feature and provided a refreshing escape from the summer heat. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they even apologized for the inconvenience of the elevator breakdown by offering a snack for my trip home. the Hyatt provided a great experience and I am looking forward to returning.

The hotel restaurant offered a wide selection of food and had good quality. the hotel staff were personable and accommodating. the hotel is located near a golf course, which was a great advantage for golf enthusiasts.

The hotel had ongoing maintenance issues, such as out, of, order pool and hot tub, broken air conditioning in the rooms. the cleanliness of the room was subpar, with dust on the artwork and other areas.

My family and I had a fantastic time at this hotel. We've been visiting for a few years now, and the staff has always made us feel so welcome. During one visit, they surprised my daughters with special non-alcoholic drinks and even gave us candy bars as a treat. The indoor pool is perfect for kids, and the lounge seating around it makes it a great place to relax. The room service is a bit pricey, but the food is delicious and they went above and beyond to make my sister's birthday special. The hotel is always accommodating with adjoining rooms and check-in/check-out times. We can't wait to return!

The room at Hyatt Regency Long Island was so cozy and comfortable. The premium bedding felt like a dream, and the iPad was a cool addition. The air conditioning was perfect for me as I'm a light sleeper.

The TV could have been a bit bigger for my liking, but that's just me.

The hotel is situated in a nice and quiet area, not far from the Port Jefferson ferry, making it a convenient location for exploring Long Island. Guests have praised the restaurant, Nu, for its great food choices, and the hotel is surrounded by many other restaurants to suit different tastes. The rooms and bathrooms are well-maintained, with the staff providing excellent service. Some rooms offer a great view, adding to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

One negative aspect mentioned by guests is that the breakfasts can be quite pricey for the quality provided.

The hotel had a good location, close to the wedding venue and with beautiful views of the grounds. the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service. the rooms were comfortable, with nice beds and a nice shower. the food from room service was delicious and arrived quickly.

The elevators were incredibly slow and only two out of three were working. It was frustrating to have to wait so long for the elevators.

They had a blast with the volleyball and basketball on-site activities. We also explored whale watching, which was quite an adventure. It was great that up to two children under 18 could enjoy it all too.

My wife says that an additional children's play area would be perfect for families.

During my stay, I had an amazing experience with the hotel facilities. The pools were kept clean, and the outdoor patio area had a fantastic view. Also, the hotel was located in an area near many restaurants, making it convenient for me to find a place to eat whenever I wanted. Lastly, the staff was friendly and always greeted me with a smile.
